Diversity, equity, and inclusion is the most important issue facing organizations and workplaces. Our fundamental challenge in the US today is aligning our workplaces, our policies, and our behaviors to the reality of our diverse and pluralistic society. But DEI training is not an event, it is a journey. At Inner Citadel Consulting, we actively promote anti-racist programming and hold the conviction that Emotional Intelligence training is a necessary foundation for sustained and effective diversity initiatives. Without the ability to perceive others accurately, understand their perspectives, listen and engage in meaningful dialogue, we cannot create habits and policies of inclusion.
