About Executive Team Services
Our clients include executive and leadership teams that are in transition; that are less effective because of conflict; that want to be more cohesive, aligned and productive; that need to have critical conversations but can’t manage on their own; or that need to reset in order to move into complex work together.
Every intervention is carefully tailored to the needs of the team, but usually involves some combination of:
High-impact and intensive off-site retreats
Science-backed personality and behavioral profiles
Solutions-focused individual executive coaching
Extended engagement period to support the team’s long term goals
Discovery involves careful work to understand the problem(s) we are trying to solve together. Most solutions fail, not because they are inherently ineffective but because they are misapplied. By taking the time to fully understand the core issues and to fully align all stakeholders on the problems to be addressed and the outcomes we want to achieve, we can properly deploy the strategies and interventions needed for success.
Engagement is active work with the team, often in the form of a retreat, facilitated dialogue, series of workshops or meetings, or a training. Trainings include neural skills for leadership, decision-making and sense-making strategies, and emotional intelligence development.
Support for all projects of this sort includes 6 months of follow-up support, minimally a 3 month and 6 month check-in with the team to assess progress and maintain momentum. Many teams structure individual or group coaching into the support process.
