How the Process Works

1. Complete the Online Assessment

You’ll receive access to the LINC Personality Profiler questionnaire, which typically takes about 30 minutes to complete.

2. Receive Your Personalized Profile

Your results provide a detailed overview of your personality structure, motivations, competencies, and development opportunities.

3. Guided Debrief & Coaching Conversation

This is where the real work begins.

ICC works with you to unpack your results in a thoughtful, practical, and supportive conversation—helping you connect your profile to real-world leadership, communication, and workplace dynamics.

Together, you’ll identify:

  • Patterns that support your success

  • Blind spots or stress behaviors

  • Growth opportunities

  • Communication strengths and challenges

  • Leadership strategies aligned with your values and personality

Serious science instead of pseudo psychology

Most personality tools on the market claim to be scientifically substantiated. However, this does not apply to many of these tools entirely or even at all. The personality profiler, on the other hand, is consistently based on the BIG 5. Experts are unanimously of the opinion, that this is the standard model of modern personality psychology. Thousands of high-quality, empirical scientific studies confirm the high quality of the BIG 5 model and its superiority over other approaches again and again.

Holistic identification and description of the personality

The personality profiler enables a comprehensive, holistic recording and description of the human personality. In line with the findings of modern personality psychology, the character traits of the BIG 5 are supplemented by motives (“What drives me”) and competencies (“What are my talents?”). This combination offers the user very deep and differentiated insights into their own personality – and the coach, trainer or personnel developer has numerous exciting starting points for further measures.

High acceptance rate due to convincing mediation

A key distinguishing feature of the personality profiler (in addition to the scientific quality) is the easily accessible, understandable and up-to-date communication of the results. No technical jargon, no excessive complexity – instead, a modern, visually appealing design with very fitting and inspiring texts. This ensures excellent user acceptance, arouses interest in dealing with the subject of personality and initiating self-reflection.
